Tbilisi Old Town Walking Tour

A relaxed half-day walk through Tbilisi’s Old Town with a licensed local guide — historic neighbourhoods, sulfur baths and the views from Narikala.

1 day easy May–October From €45

About this tour

Walk the heart of historic Tbilisi at a pace that lets you actually see it. The route covers the Old Town's stepped streets, the riverside Metekhi Church, the famous sulfur bath district, and the climb up to Narikala Fortress for views over the old city and the gorge. Along the way your guide explains the layered history — Persian, Russian, Soviet — that shaped each block, and points out the best small bakeries and wine shops to come back to later.

Good for first-time visitors, cultural travellers and slow-pace small groups. Walking distance is roughly 4–5 km on cobblestone and stairs; not stroller-friendly.
