A small-group food walk through the everyday Tbilisi eaters know. Start at Dezerter Bazaar, where farmers from Kakheti and Imereti sell cheeses, churchkhela and seasonal produce — you’ll taste your way through 6–8 stops. Stop into a working tone bakery to watch shoti bread emerge from the clay oven. Try chacha, the Georgian grappa, in a hundred-year-old wine cellar. Finish with a sit-down round of khinkali and chakapuli at a family-run khinkalnaya.

Walking distance ~3 km. Vegetarian and pescatarian options available with advance notice.
